This program is designed for organisations to realise the value of coaching in their businesses.

Our approach to training your people to coach is focused on developing each individual’s understanding of his or her own preferred behavioural style and the preferred behavioural style of others. We believe that a person “behaves their way to success”, and choosing the right behaviour for their role is essential in achieving their objectives.
